We seek a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join our team. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee all pre-production, cleanroom operations, and post-production related to aseptic sterile compounding. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all activities related to aseptic sterile compounding
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compounding and cleanroom operations
• Train and supervise compounding personnel
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and inspections
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in compounding practices and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of aseptic sterile compounding experience
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
