Pharmacist (Inpatient) - San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Prepare and dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive medication therapy plans

Schedule:
Variable days/afternoons schedule

Requirements:

• Valid California pharmacist license in good standing
• 2+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system is a plus

Compensation:
$3000/week ~ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
