Pharmacist Job Day Shift - Direct Hire Indiana

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Infusion Pharmacist to join their team near Indianapolis, Indiana in a full-time, direct-hire role. Position Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Employment Type: Direct hire
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, eight in the morning to five in the afternoon
• Location: Outskirts of Indianapolis, Indiana
• Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates

What We Are Looking For

• At least one to two years of experience as an infusion pharmacist
• Strong background in total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
• Experience with pediatric TPN is a plus
• Active Indiana pharmacy license or willingness to obtain one
• Familiarity with CPR Plus and CareTend systems is preferred

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hands-on sterile compounding of intravenous medications, total parenteral nutrition, and other infusion therapies
• Supervising and mentoring IV technicians, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety
• Verifying medication preparations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and patient safety
