Hospital Pharmacist - Full-Time or Part-Time - Delaware

Soliant is seeking a pharmacist in PA who is open to assisting at a teaching hospital in Delaware, which is recognized for outstanding patient care. 

Position Details:
Job Title: Pharmacist - Delaware
Location: Newark, DE
Setting: Hospital
Type: Local or Travel, 13-Week Contract
Schedule:
- Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with every third weekend rotation
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare providers
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitoring medication therapy for effectiveness and safety
- Educating patients and healthcare professionals on medication use and safety

Requirements:
- Pharm.D degree or B.S. Pharm. with equivalent relevant experience
- Current licensure in the State of Delaware or eligibility to reciprocate
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
