Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license required
- Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient pharmacy practice preferred
- Completion of residency program strongly preferred
- Proficient with electronic health records, familiarity with Meditech system advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for patient-centered care and clinical program development

Schedule:
- Variable days and afternoons, predominantly day shifts
