A direct hire leadership opportunity is available for a pharmacy operations professional in Whitewater, WI. This role provides key operational leadership over assigned pharmacy sites, supporting financial performance, quality initiatives, and system-wide pharmacy operations across hospital inpatient settings.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with 24/7 accountability
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight and collaborative leadership for multiple pharmacy locations
- Assist in planning and implementing hospital pharmacy procedures in compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and problem resolution
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with medical staff and other hospital departments
- Develop and support pharmacy information management systems, inventory control, and charge processes
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Patient Medication Safety
- Handle human resources functions including hiring, staff development, performance management, and fostering employee relations
- Ensure pharmacy operations meet productivity, budget, employee engagement, and patient outcome goals
- Fulfill all duties typical of a pharmacy manager and related responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- PharmD degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory or management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Active Wisconsin pharmacist license
