Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee our retail pharmacy operations. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional patient care, and managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage inventory and ensure that medications are stored and handled properly
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
  • Oversee the pharmacy's financial performance and ensure that it operates within budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of FL
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a outpatient/retail pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


Schedule: Day Shift
Setting: Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy 
Duration: 13 weeks
