• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow and safety standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize medication therapy
• Manage pharmacokinetics assessments and monitor drug regimens
• Utilize Meditech pharmacy information system for documentation and tracking

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacist license required
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 pm – 7:30 am) in a 7-on, 7-off rotation
• Strong communication skills for effective healthcare team collaboration
• Adaptable and reliable with a patient-focused approach
