A growing sterile compounding pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to provide leadership and ensure compliance at their facility. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to oversee sterile compounding operations and contribute to high-quality patient care in a focused, day-shift role.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing sterile compounding oversight and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Leading facility and environmental control measures to maintain cleanroom standards
• Providing staff leadership, training, and development to support pharmacy operations
• Overseeing quality assurance programs and maintaining thorough documentation
• Supporting patients and healthcare providers with medication-related inquiries and guidance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in good standing (multi-state licensure is advantageous)
• Experience or willingness to train in sterile compounding, including knowledge of USP aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, dosage calculations, sterility principles, and contamination prevention
