A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge in a sterile compounding pharmacy located in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers a leadership position within a specialized sterile compounding facility dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all sterile compounding processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Lead regulatory compliance efforts and maintain up-to-date facility and environmental controls
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for pharmacy staff
• Ensure thorough quality assurance and documentation practices
• Support patients and healthcare providers with expertise and responsiveness

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; multi-state licensure considered an advantage
• Experience in sterile compounding preferred, though training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of USP aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
• Proficient understanding of pharmacology, dosage calculations, sterility principles, and contamination prevention

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
