Immunizing Retail Pharmacist in Yreka, CA

A full-time Staff Pharmacist position is available on a 13-week contract to hire basis, with the possibility of direct hire for the right candidate. This role is based in Yreka, CA, at a busy retail pharmacy operating with a team of three pharmacists and strong pharmacy technician support.

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities include filling prescriptions, providing immunizations, and collaborating closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and excellent patient care. The pharmacy uses the ERx software system.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pharmacist license in California
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Immunizing pharmacist certification is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems, preferably ERx
