This role is focused on providing comprehensive recruitment services by partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. The position entails full-cycle recruiting responsibilities across various departments, ensuring an efficient and professional hiring process.

Location: Remote with preferred candidate locations in Florida (Orlando/Maitland) and Kansas/Missouri (Overland Park area). Candidates from all locations except the West Coast (PST) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate business needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to streamline recruitment efforts and improve the candidate experience.
  • Source active and passive talent through job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, marketing events, and on social platforms to enhance employer brand presence.
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Network proactively within relevant industries to build relationships and tap into top talent pools.
  • Perform additional recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience, ideally with healthcare industry exposure.
  • Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles such as tech, patient support, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, learning and development, finance, and accounting.
  • Skilled in using multiple recruiting channels including job boards, fairs, and networking sites.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with flexibility and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems (preferably ADP Workforce Now or Workable).
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.
