Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations within the oncology/hematology outpatient department to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
- Manage medication dispensing, verify prescriptions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring quality patient care and efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records, inventory management, and support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager with knowledge of hospital inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices
- Expertise in oncology and hematology pharmacy operations is a strong plus
- Licensed pharmacist or eligible to apply for Illinois pharmacy licensure
