A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail pharmacy located in Burnham, PA. This direct-hire role offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with leadership experience to manage pharmacy operations and drive business growth within a supportive team environment.

Location:

  • Burnham, PA

Schedule:

  • Variable day/afternoon shifts
  • 10-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 11-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 12-hour shifts: either 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store operations to engage associates and communicate pharmacy and company strategies effectively.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance in compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage department operations to build a profitable business, promote prescription growth, and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Oversee inventory control by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand while maximizing profitability.
  • Align department performance with key metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and healthcare counseling, resolving any customer issues to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and discipline.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and ensure the department is clean and organized.
  • Prioritize pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
