A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager in Columbia, Tennessee, approximately one hour from Nashville. This leadership role involves managing an inpatient hospital pharmacy team and driving clinical excellence in pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department with supervision of up to 9 staff members.
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation every third week to support pharmacy services.
  • Support clinical initiatives and continuous improvement efforts in medication management.
  • Facilitate team development through precepting and leadership.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
  • Current Tennessee pharmacy license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant pharmacy experience if without ASHP-accredited residency.
  • Alternatively, completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 residencies with corresponding experience.
  • At least two years of pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Board certification in a Board of Pharmacy Specialties area is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for conferences and meetings.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Participation in on-call rotation approximately every three weeks.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive salary range from $155,000 to $165,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
