A Pharmacy Manager position is available in a retail setting located in Burnham, PA. This full-time, direct hire role offers an opportunity to lead and develop pharmacy operations within a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store operations to drive associate engagement and communicate strategic objectives.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance according to state and federal regulations.
  • Manage the pharmacy department’s profitability by driving script growth and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Coordinate inventory control by monitoring weekly sales and managing pharmaceutical stock orders.
  • Align department performance with key metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide healthcare counseling.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
  • Maintain security standards and resolve customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Liaise with physicians and utilize reference materials to support prescription management.
  • Oversee pharmacy upkeep and staff development efforts to improve performance and reduce turnover.
  • Prioritize daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call processing.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy management.
