Inpatient Pharmacy Manager in Spring Hill, TN

A leadership opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager is available in the Spring Hill, TN area, offering a direct hire position based approximately one hour from Nashville. This role is designed for experienced pharmacy professionals ready to oversee inpatient hospital pharmacy operations and lead a team dedicated to quality patient care.

Responsibilities include managing clinical pharmacy services, supervising up to nine employees, and participating in an on-call rotation every third week. The position requires collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Attendance at conferences and team meetings may require up to 5% travel.

Primary qualifications and experience desired:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Tennessee pharmacy license or willingness to obtain licensure.
• At least 5 years of relevant pharmacy practice experience without a residency or a minimum of 3 years with completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
• Alternatively, completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies with at least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Board certification in a BPS specialty is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership, management, or precepting experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for professional development.

Schedule and work hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This direct hire role includes a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $165,000, commensurate with experience and education, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
