Pharmacy Manager in Tremonton, UT

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations while performing all pharmacist duties
• Supervise, coach, and schedule pharmacists, technicians, and interns
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies, including HIPAA and controlled substance regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections
• Oversee pharmacy inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, returns, and controlled drug monitoring
• Review and accurately fill prescriptions in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Valid Utah pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or community pharmacy; prior management experience is preferred
• Certified to provide immunizations and CPR certified
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Location: Tremonton, UT
