Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Aurora, Colorado

A pharmacy technician position is available for a 13-week contract with the potential for contract-to-hire, starting ASAP. The role requires IV certification and experience in home infusion pharmacy technician duties.

Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile IV medications under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and assist with prepackaging medications according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with billing and pharmacy management to maintain proper documentation, inventory control, and compliance.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring equipment calibration and safety.
• Coordinate timely and accurate medication delivery to customers.

Desired Qualifications:

• IV-certified pharmacy technician certification required.
• Experience with sterile compounding and home infusion practices preferred.
• Previous work under pharmacist supervision in a pharmacy or infusion setting.
• Pharmacy technician license valid in the state of Colorado or ability to obtain.
• National pharmacy technician certification is preferred but not mandatory.
