Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense infusion medications in compliance with protocols
• Manage and support home infusion prescriptions and processes
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Maintain meticulous records related to medication preparation and dispensing
• Adhere strictly to quality control standards and regulatory requirements applicable to infusion pharmacy

Desired Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician certification with IV preparation experience in an infusion setting (not hospital IV preparation)
• Prior experience in home infusion pharmacy is essential
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication compounding, and infusion protocols
