This high-volume mail order setting processes approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day. The environment is structured, team-oriented, and ideal for techs who enjoy workflow consistency and strong operational processes.

Position Details

Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30pm–10:00pm
Contract: 13 weeks + (can transition to permanent hire)

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing or Customer Service — based on operational needs:

• Verify shipping details and update new patient information in the system

• Process and update patient profiles accurately

• Assist with medication order entry and workflow tasks

• Fill and dispense prescriptions in a high-volume environment

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License  

• PTCB National Certification or NHA ExCPT

• Previous pharmacy technician experience (mail order or retail a plus)

• Tech-savvy, accurate, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
