Per Diem LTC Staff Pharmacist | Mauston, Wisconsin

Support the operations of a Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy as a relief pharmacist, providing critical coverage during vacations and periods of increased workload. This per diem role is based in Mauston, Wisconsin, within a close-knit LTC pharmacy environment. You will work alongside the owner-pharmacist to ensure seamless service delivery and patient care.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and package medications accurately for LTC patients
• Manage inventory and oversee timely delivery of prescriptions
• Utilize pharmacy technology to maintain quality assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards within the LTC setting
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to address medication-related concerns

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold an active Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Demonstrated experience working in Long Term Care pharmacy
• Familiarity with Framework software is a significant advantage; training is available
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
