• Monday, December 29, 2025: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Tuesday, December 30, 2025: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Wednesday, December 31, 2025: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Friday, January 2, 2026: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
  Total Hours: 42.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners accurately and efficiently
• Provide clear, accurate information to patients regarding medication usage and potential side effects
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and queries promptly
• Maintain compliance with all relevant pharmacy laws and policies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient health and wellness

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Utah pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
