Hospital Pharmacist Full-Time Job - LA

Soliant is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team on a contract basis at a respected medical facility near Shreveport, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care in an inpatient setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Review and interpret physician orders, monitor drug therapy, and provide drug information to healthcare staff.
• Participate in clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic dosing.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Pharm.D or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant experience.
• Current licensure in the state of Louisiana.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
