Job Details:

• Title: Pharmacy Technician / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
• Location: Near Irving, TX
• Schedule: Mon - Fri (Full tIme hours)

Duties: 

• Timely and accurate order entry.
• Ensuring accurate customer billing and shipping information.
• Customer profile review and updates.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly order processing and error rates.
• Prompt and professional response to customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Efficiently resolving customer complaints.
• Communication with customers regarding order status.
• Secure payment collection and accurate payment requirement explanations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Texas Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Pharmacy Software
