Pharmacy Technician - Entry Level (NC Pharmacy Tech License Required)

Job Type: Contract to hire

Duration: 6-8 weeks (could be extended)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm - 2:30 am (Rotating weekends)

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician. This position is in a long-term care setting and requires a valid North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License. Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications
• Prepare and package prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to start immediately
