Pharmacy Technician (Outpatient) - Portland, Oregon

Company Overview:
We are a reputable healthcare organization located in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. Our outpatient/retail pharmacy is dedicated to providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Position Summary:
As a Pharmacy Technician in our outpatient/retail pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our refill pharmacy. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in processing prescription orders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. This is a full-time position with day shifts from Sunday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process prescription orders, including data entry, labeling, and filling prescriptions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any medication-related concerns
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medications

Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail/outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dosage forms, and pharmaceutical calculations
