Job Description:

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to promote their physical well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
