We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-time School Physical Therapist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Physical Therapist will work with students with physical disabilities in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistency of therapy services across settings
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
• Provide consultation and education to school staff, parents, and caregivers on physical therapy and disability-related issues

Requirements:

• Master's degree in physical therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Experience working with children with physical disabilities in a school or clinic setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check
