Physical Therapist (PT)

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, onsite position in a school district located in Amherst, NH. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing physical therapy services throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students with physical disabilities or injuries, spanning the K-12 grade levels
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' current physical abilities and progress over time
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure effective coordination of services and optimal student outcomes
• Provide direct therapy services to students and monitor their progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid New Hampshire state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
