Blazerworks, in partnership with the Arlington School District, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to students within the Arlington School District.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals, to support student progress and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and education to students, parents, and school staff on injury prevention and therapeutic exercises.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
