Blazerworks, in partnership with the Arlington School District, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to students within the Arlington School District.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals, to support student progress and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and education to students, parents, and school staff on injury prevention and therapeutic exercises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
