Physical Therapist Summer Contract Position

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to work PART-TIME at a school district near Park Forest, Illinois for the summer!

Job Details:

• 6/1/2022 – 7/7/2022
• Monday – Thursday
• 8AM – 12:30PM
• 18 hours WEEKLY
• Part-time position
• Onsite position only

Caseload:

• K-12 caseload
• Special education co-op
• Mild-moderate disabilities on caseload
• Evaluations/weekly services

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in ILLINOIS required
  • Must have Professional Education License with IEIN#
• Prior schools experience needed

We offer weekly pay through a W2 and pay every Friday through direct deposit! We are hiring ASAP for this position.
