Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM M-F
Caseload: K-12; Approximately 2 schools
Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist looking for an opportunity to positively impact the lives of students in Palatka, Florida? We are seeking an enthusiastic School Psychologist to join our team, starting as soon as possible, and continuing through May 31st, 2024. This full-time position involves serving students in K-12 settings at approximately two schools.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students' academic and social-emotional needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary to students and school staff.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and support positive behavior management in the school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida license as a School Psychologist is required.
• Florida Education Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to promoting the well-being and success of students.
