What You Will Do:

• Full-Time hours 
• 8am-12pm 
• Monday-Thursday 
• Contract Position 
• Summer Position 
• Location: Schaumburg, IL

Caseload:

•  Caseload: 7th grade male student with complex medical needs (suctioning, g-tube monitoring, monitoring oxygen, etc)

Required Education, Credentials and Experience:

• Requires Associates degree in Nursing 
• Must have active LPN license or certification
