Radiation Therapist in Utica, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using Varian 2300ix and Varian EDGE Truebeam systems.
• Perform patient simulations utilizing Siemens CT large bore technology.
• Accurately maintain patient treatment records and schedules through ARIA Electronic Medical Records and EPIC systems.
• Collaborate closely with oncology teams to tailor treatment plans that optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid New York State Radiation Therapist license required.
• Proficient in operating Varian 2300ix and Varian EDGE Truebeam radiation therapy equipment.
• Experience with Siemens CT large bore for simulation is essential.
• Comfortable using ARIA and EPIC electronic medical record systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Schedule & Location:

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Primarily 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some variability to accommodate patient schedules.
• Position located in Utica, NY, with travel considerations applying within a 75-mile radius.
