Soliant has multiple openings for contracted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT's) positions near Tacoma, Ruston, DuPont, Lacey Washington and surrounding areas!

This position is for the rest of the 2023 school year. Soliant offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and exceptional health benefits, with a 401k package.

Job Details

• Full time | 6-7 hours per day (30-35 hours/week)
• Onsite
• RBT will be working with the BAT (Behavioral Assistance Team)
  • There will be several BCBAs on site to supervise 
• 1:1 with a student
• Crisis intervention Management experience is highly preferred, but not required. Training can be made available. 

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide 2-3 professional references
• RBT Certification required
• 72 College credits (state requirement)
• Any certifications/licensure required by your state must be held
• Liable self transportation
