Registered Behavior Technician Position open - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with students who have autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Providing one-on-one support and conducting behavior therapy sessions with students.
• Collecting data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assisting in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Offering support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic and behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must pass a background check and obtain the necessary clearances.
