Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (23/24) - Richmond, California

Salary: Up to 33 an hour
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School RBT to join our team for the current and upcoming school year. The School RBT will be responsible for providing one-on-one behavior support to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and will be able to implement behavior plans and strategies as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavior support to students in a school setting
• Implement behavior plans and strategies as directed by the BCBA
• Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's care
• Attend team meetings and participate in student progress reviews

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Ability to implement behavior plans and strategies as directed by the BCBA
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Availability to work during school hours (8am-3pm)
