Salary: $25+ per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in San Bernardino, California. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by the BCBA
• Collect and analyze data on individual progress towards behavior goals
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all aspects of work
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Travel to client locations within the San Bernardino area

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the San Bernardino area
• Ability to pass a background check
