Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed near Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a middle school male student. This full-time position requires an individual who is experienced and comfortable working with a student who exhibits strong and aggressive behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage challenging situations with patience and skill, implementing individualized behavior interventions and promoting positive social and academic development.

Requirements:

• RBT certification required
• Experience with strong/aggressive behaviors preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
