Soliant has partnered with a school district to fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician. Ideally, our team is looking for Serious and driven candidates that are passionate about student success and Career Development.

Description of Position: 

• Contract Position-W2
• Hours: 30-35hrs a Week
• Caseload: 1:1 or Small Group
• Job details: Conduct de-escalation and restraint, Assist with the assessment of behavior needs of identified students, Ensure Students Meet IEP Goals, Mild, Moderate or Severe Behavior, Autism Caseloads, Non-Verbal, Implementing FBA's and BIP's, Strong ABA Skills Required, Collect, record, summarize, and display data. 

Requirements: 

• Active Registered Behavior Technician License Preferred**
• Minimum Associates or Bachelor Degree with Experience**
• High School Diploma will be Accepted with at-least 2 year of Pediatric Experience working with Students on the Spectrum.
