Soliant is working with a great school district in the Roseville, CA area that has a need for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the coming school year! Details are as follows:

About the position:

• Full-time hours (Monday-Friday)
• Working with students who are part of the Communication/Social Skills Program as well as students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
• Working with the Behavioral Team
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students in the behavioral program or in the classroom
• Contracted for the entirety of the school year

Requirement:

• RBT Certification
• Crisis management experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain necessary state clearances/endorsements (if applicable)

Package Details:

• W2 Contracted position
• Paid by an hourly rate for the hours worked – rate is determined based on year(s) of experience, district funding, caseload needs, desired pay
• Optional benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401k)
