Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with a 2nd-grade student in the Telford, Pennsylvania area. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a young learner and support their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a 2nd-grade student.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student progress.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other members of the educational team.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Dedication to helping students reach their full potential.
