Job Description: Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? We have an exciting position available in San Ramon, California. Join our team and play a crucial role in providing behavioral support to K-12 students.

Educational Requirements and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.

Position Details:

  • Location: San Ramon, California.
  • K-12 district with caseload assigned by experience and preference.
  • Hours: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Primarily 1:1 support for elementary students.
  • Options for both Mild to Moderate (Mild Mod) and Moderate to Severe (Mod Sever) caseloads depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students.
  • Utilize positive behavior support techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistent and effective implementation of strategies.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students with behavioral needs.
  • Familiarity with both Mild Mod and Mod Sever interventions, depending on experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dedication to making a positive impact on students' lives.
