Registered Behavior Technician - School Setting - Asco, CA

Soliant has partnered with a local school district in the Asco, CA area to hire a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to start this upcoming 2023/24 school-year! 

Monday - Friday (excluding school breaks and holidays) FULL_TIME role

***This position will remain open until it is filled! Flexibility on start date available if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral plan for student in either middle or elementary school (two positions available)
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals.
• Provide one-on-one support to student during instructional and functional activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for students.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Ability to pass a background check and complete required onboarding.

This is a full-time position, following the school calendar schedule. 
Competitive and negotiable hourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant.  Applicant will not be paid when school is closed. Off on weekends, evenings and school holidays. 
Hourly rate range: $21 - $30/hr 
W2 contracted position for the 2023/2024 school-year through Soliant, with renewals available if desired.
