Registered Behavior Technician

Title: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician - 1:1 Caseload

Position: Full-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 3:00pm, 5 days per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a student in a 1:1 setting, providing behavior support throughout the school day. This is a full-time position with a contract ending on June 7th, 2024.

Responsibilities:

- Provide behavior support to a student with behaviors that impede their ability to focus in class and engage in learning
- Work with the student's team to develop and implement behavior plans and interventions
- Document and monitor the student's behavior progress and provide regular updates to the team
- Provide ongoing support to the student throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and family members to ensure the student's success

Requirements:

- Valid RBT certification
- Experience working with students with disabilities and behavior challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
