Hours: (3) 12 hour shifts

Requirements:

• Active Ohio State Respiratory Therapist License
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
• Adult Critical Care experience
• Proficiency in managing ventilators, BIPAP V60s, Vapotherm, and related equipment

About the Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered/Certified Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel contract opportunity in Canton, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and support during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as per physician orders
• Monitor and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to create and execute comprehensive respiratory care plans
• Demonstrate quick response in emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions when required
• Educate patients and their families on proper respiratory care techniques and equipment utilization

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and hold an active Ohio State Respiratory Therapist License.
