Registered School Nurse Opening - Fleetwood, PA

BlazerWorks has partnered with a school district in Fleetwood, PA. We are looking to fill a School Nurse opening at one of the schools.

Job Description:

1. ASAP - 06/08/2023
2. Caseload
   1. 1:1 w/ 7th Grade Student
   2. Candidate would need to travel to and from School with this student and be at school all day with him. He is Life Skills and has significant needs.
   3. Must be comfortable providing: tube feeding, personal care, suctioning, transferring, stretching exercises, etc.
   4. Will need to meet with family prior to offer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
2. PDE Certification; Active and valid School Nurse Certificate
3. Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
4. Valid PA Registered Nurse License
