As a Remote Pharmacy Services Pharmacist, you will perform the following duties: order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification.  Apply sound clinical knowledge for medication dosing services. Monitor profiles and lab values for therapeutic outcomes.

Qualified applicants will have:

• Active, in good standing TX State Board of Pharmacy licensure
• Ability to gain reciprocity to additional states, as needed
• 3-5 years of inpatient, clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple pharmacy operating systems
• Independently functional with interpreting and processing handwritten orders, as well as CPOE orders.

Available Shifts: 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (2^nd shift) or 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (3^rd shift)   

*7 on and 7 off schedules available

Employment Type:  13-week Interim contract (temporary) or permanent
