Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, California school

Soliant has partnered with a school district in northern California and is seeking remote Speech-Language Pathologists for a contract position this school year.

Requirements:

• CLEAR credential OR Clinical Rehabilitative Services (SLP) credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (Our remote services platform does not provide supervisory support for Clinical Fellows)
• 2 years of on-site experience in schools highly preferred
• Familiarity with remote therapy model
• Technology skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Zoom and its capabilities;
  • Ability to use IEP software (California schools use SEIS, SIRAS, or CASAMBA)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and PDF editing software
  • Working knowledge of online assessment tests and activities

Details of assignment:

• Full- or part-time applicants welcome
• Caseload of K-8 students
• Responsible for both direct therapy sessions, and case management for speech only students
• 1099 assignment--benefits coverage not available
